E. Pat Vann, founder & owner of Vann Healthcare Pharmacy, is a 1962 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. He has over 40 years of experience in retail, hospital, wholesale, and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

Chad M. Reynolds received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 1996, and completed a residency in Pediatric Pharmacology at the Children's Hospital of Oklahoma. He provided pharmaceutical care, working directly with the pediatricians and the children, for 7 years at the Medical University of South Carolina Children's Hospital Medical Center in Charleston and for 1 year at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. After relocating to Glasgow in 2004, he worked at T.J. Samson Community Hospital for 2 years before joining Vann Healthcare, where he is a pharmacist and a Junior Partner.
